Our housing and homelessness initiatives provide a continuum of services to not only increase and maintain affordable housing options but also prevent evictions, build financial stability and break the cycle of homelessness.
Our homelessness prevention programs include:
Dallas Frequent Users Systems Engagement (FUSE) Collaborative: provides funding for caseworkers who directly engage people experiencing chronic homelessness, place them in supportive housing and connect them to a variety of support services
Dallas Rental Assistance Collaborative: encourages housing stability by offering rental and utility assistance to families who have been financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic
Targeted Eviction Prevention Program: delivers direct cash payments and other resources to families at risk of eviction to ensure they can stay in their homes and their children can stay in school
