Emerging Developers Program
This partnership with the City of Dallas seeks to strengthen the capacity of existing nonprofit affordable housing developers in the city of Dallas. The goal of the Emerging Developers Program is to increase the number of affordable housing projects started and completed in our community.
Eligibility
To participate in the Emerging Developers Program, an organization must:
- Be based in the city of Dallas
- Be an established and operating nonprofit organization or housing developer working on the development of affordable housing
Program Tiers
If your organization qualifies, you will participate with the Emerging Developers Program in one of two ways:
Tier 1
Financial support for established nonprofit organizations that need assistance, additional education or certification opportunities related to affordable housing development.
Tier 2
Professional technical assistance for established affordable housing developers that need to troubleshoot issues that arise in the development process.
