Healthy Outcomes through Prevention & Early Support (HOPES)

Through this program, a variety of community organizations and hospitals offer parents free services that help create safe and healthy home environments. Dallas County HOPES works to prevent child abuse and mistreatment by equipping parents of children ages 0-5 with parent education, home visiting, support services and connections to local community resources.
