Kids Teaching Kids
Kids Teaching Kids is a multi-faceted program that inspires healthy snacking. Each year, high school culinary students are challenged to create fun, wholesome recipes with fruit and vegetables that are simple enough for elementary school students to make. Winning recipes are compiled into a student-designed cookbook and distributed to school districts that compete in the 21-Day Challenge, a competition to achieve the highest percentage of students who complete 21 days of healthy snacking.
