Flourishing Family

This program delivers prenatal and postpartum support to new parents and other caregivers, eliminating barriers to healthcare and providing families with critical resources.

The core of the initiative is home visits, conducted by registered nurses and social workers, which provide physical and mental health checks, parent education, medical support and other resources.
