Women of Tocqueville
The mighty, mighty Women of Tocqueville are a passionate and influential network of corporate and community leaders who come together to support the work of United Way of Metropolitan Dallas. Our goal is to leverage the collective power and leadership of women to further United Way’s mission of creating access and opportunity for all North Texans to thrive.
This dynamic, impactful group of women donors comes together to drive measurable change in the areas of education, income and health.
Our members have the opportunity to build personal connections with fellow philanthropic leaders while engaging directly with community impact work to make a life-changing impact in North Texas. Members volunteer as youth mentors, meet with Texas legislators about improving childcare standards, travel to Washington, D.C. to advocate on Capitol Hill and much more.

Fund for Women and Children
In 2017, the Women of Tocqueville launched an endowment fund with the United Way Foundation of Metropolitan Dallas to provide support to North Texas women and children in perpetuity. The Women of Tocqueville Fund for Women and Children has raised millions of dollars to deliver targeted financial and skill-based investments in the areas of education, income and health—the building blocks of opportunity—for local women and children.
Women of Tocqueville unites Dallas’ most influential women around our community’s most pressing issues. We come together as community leaders, business executives and passionate philanthropists to drive positive change for all of our neighbors across North Texas.

Community Volunteer and Founding Member, Women of Tocqueville Fund for Women and Children
I grew up with philanthropy as a core pillar in my family. I got involved in Women of Tocqueville, where the more you give, the more you get in return. That really proved true with my involvement in United Way. Some of my very best friends in the world come from the Women of Tocqueville.
