Celebrating 40 Years of Tocqueville
We’re marking four decades of the Ruth Sharp Altshuler Tocqueville Society—and we’re celebrating all year long. Since 1986, Tocqueville members have fueled some of the most transformative work in North Texas, investing in education, income, and health outcomes that have changed the trajectory of our community. Throughout 2026 and into early 2027, the Year of Tocqueville will bring our members together for a series of special events, culminating in the 40th Anniversary Celebration Luncheon on February 3, 2027 at the Fairmont Dallas. Stay tuned for details on upcoming gatherings this fall, and join us as we honor the legacy—and the future—of Tocqueville giving.
