    Celebrate the Ruth Sharp Altshuler Tocqueville Society’s 40th Anniversary at a special luncheon on Wednesday, February 3, 2027, at the Fairmont Dallas.

    This inspiring gathering of some of North Texas’ biggest change-makers will be chaired by an extraordinary group of leaders—the children of Roger and Marianne Staubach and their spouses as they carry forward their parents‘ legacy of generosity and leadership:

$25,000 Tocqueville Circle Opportunities

Enjoy all the exclusive opportunities of the $10,000 Tocqueville Society, plus:

    Work with a personal liaison to learn more about philanthropic trends, emerging community needs and best practices to address them.
  • Exclusive Event Access:

Contribution Levels

To join the Tocqueville Society, make a gift of $10,000 or more to United Way of Metropolitan Dallas during our fiscal year (July 1-June 30). Gifts can be made through a workplace campaign or our website.

Graduated Giving

United Way donors can join the Tocqueville Society through a Graduated Giving option. Under this three-year program, your contributions increase annually until they reach the full Tocqueville commitment. A Graduated Giving commitment includes:

  • A $5,000 gift in the first year
  • A $7,500 gift in the second year
  • A full Tocqueville gift of $10,000 in the third year
