Looking to improve your parenting skills? The Dallas County HOPES program offers free resources to ensure all parents can create safe and healthy homes where children can thrive.
Our Dallas County HOPES partners offer free parent education, home visiting, support services and connections to local resources for parents with children up to age 5.
