College and Career Readiness

Being college- or career-ready has the power to impact the rest of a student’s life, affecting everything from healthcare access and financial stability to overall quality of life. We encourage college and career readiness through programs that support early literacy, teach digital skills, enable kids to save for college, expose students to a variety of career paths, and more.

Job Training and Certification

A living-wage job provides financial stability, supports children’s success in school and encourages the health of individuals and families. Through programs like Women in Construction and Pathways to Work, we provide job training in high-growth industries such as healthcare, IT and construction.
