North Texans engaged
During our 90th, we publicly launched  Unite Forever, our first ever endowment campaign. With the successful execution of this event series and the momentum from this anniversary platform, we successfully closed our 10-year, $100 million campaign over goal and 3 years ahead of schedule.

The resources raised through the 90th amplified United Way’s Impact in North Texas.

Elevated awareness and increase investment in education, income and health, laying the foundation for the Aspire United 2030 goals.

Launched our Social Innovation Lab which now includes the Accelerator, Incubator and Alumni programs.

Developed key impact programs such as Southern Dallas Thrives to address complex, pervasive needs in our community.

Reimagined the Community Impact Grant model to diversify and broaden our non-profit partners and seek additional resources to fund their grants.

Built an ongoing Volunteer Engagement model to support impact across North Texas.

United Way of Metropolitan Dallas has time and again brought together change makers to improve our city for the better. I have said it before and I’ll say it again: If United Way of Metropolitan Dallas did not exist, we would have to create it.”
    Michael S. Rawlings
    Former Mayor, City of Dallas
I think United Way of Metropolitan Dallas is quite unique because they make sure that the money that we raise is invested in places that can really make a difference.”

At AT&T we are a company with a long and proud heritage of giving back to our communities. One thing we love about United Way is they have reengineered the giving business. They have vetted causes around the city. That when our employees give, they know it is going to organizations that are making a difference in the community”
