Giving back to the community is part of the culture at Trinity Industries. To ensure their commitment of time and resources has the greatest impact possible, Trinity has had a longtime relationship with United Way of Metropolitan Dallas.
Trinity Industries holds a United Way workplace campaign every year, which provides employees with an easy and engaging way to get involved in the community while also instilling a sense of corporate pride and creating rewarding team-building experiences.
In 2020, Trinity held a special employee giving campaign to support United Way’s Coronavirus Response and Recovery Fund, which provided immediate relief and supported long-term rebuilding for our neighbors impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Building off our successful relationship, we’re proud to have Trinity’s president and CEO, Jean Savage, as a member of the United Way Board of Directors and CEO Advisory Council. Savage also served as our 2022-2023 Annual Campaign Chair, demonstrating incredible leadership and vision and truly delivering for our North Texas community.
Most recently, Trinity Industries helped us celebrate our first 100 years of impact—and launch into our second century—as one of our Centennial Event Anniversary Partners. This generous funding fuels progress toward our shared mission: to improve access to education, income and health so all North Texans can thrive.
