Dallas County HOPES (Healthy Outcomes through Early Prevention and Support) is funded by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and supported by Abide Women’s Health Services, Avance North Texas, ChildCareGroup, Family Care Connection, Lumin Education, and Metrocare Services.
