‘Innovation in Health’ event featured a panel discussion with three local health care leaders, as well as a preview of the finalists for our upcoming Health Innovation Technology Challenge
United Way of Metropolitan Dallas was honored to host our Lead United: Community Conversation event, which focused on innovation in health, Wednesday, Sept. 22. The virtual event included a panel discussion with local health leaders on the needs of our North Texas community, with a focus on the digital divide, access to health care, and opportunities for innovation and technology to create solutions to these challenges.

Chief Medical Officer at Los Barrios Unidos
Director of the Center for Depression Research and Clinical Care at UT Southwestern
Vice President of Child and Family Policy at Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute
Following the panel discussion, the event also included a special Q&A with the 10 incredible finalists for our Health Innovation Technology Challenge, the winner of which will be announced Oct. 19 during a special virtual event. You can register now to save your spot!
