Family Connects NTX

This community partnership provides free in-home nurse visits to new parents who deliver at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas and Texas Health Dallas. The goal of the program is to meet the most urgent postpartum needs of parents to help lay a positive foundation for their child’s development.
